New with tags ! This is a true wrap dress so there’s plenty of room to make it tighter or looser. When laid flat the measurements are 21 inches armpit to armpit and 47 inches shoulder to hem, the waist is 18.5 inches when laid flat but you could certainly loosen it as it is a true wrap dress.
