This is a great book for anyone wanting to get their body into great shape, whether they exercise or not. The information is easy to understand. Some of its technical for those who need more details, while there's plenty of charts with basic info to get you started right away. I've tried several of the recipes in the back of the book and continued to make them because they are all so good, healthy and tasty. I've recommended this book to many of my running buddy's
