Napa Valley Denim Maxi Skirt 2X Blue Jean Embroidered Hem V- waistband

Overall good pre- owned condition. Does have a couple of small marks on waistband, not for sure if it is from a pen or marks from a hanger. There is embroidery on one side of hem. It is colored in front and plain detailing on back. There is a side slit. It is a v- cut waistline, with a zipper closure in back. There is elastic on side hip area on the back of skirt. This is a maxi length straight style skirt. Length- 37", Waist- 43", but can stretch slightly.
