Navy Blue Fashion Scarf by MoDa New York

This fashion scarf by MoDa New York is a navy blue color with tassels on either end. The fabric is 100% viscose and is very light with a crinkly texture. It is approximately 64 inches end to end without the tassels. The width is about 15 inches wide without being fully stretched as shown in picture #4. This scarf is brand new without tags.
