New York & Company Skirt

I love the way this skirt is made! Full skirt with dips on both sides. Just for added interest, there is an extra seam on the one side which gives a little extra material and swing. This skirt is fun and easy to wear, transitions easily from office to casual. Measures 14.5" at the waist in stretched, 16" across at the yoke seam. The length measures 24" at shortest and 29" at longest. B-1
