Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Waffle Iron Maker Viacom TMNT 2016 Since it was new but open box, I took it out to make sure everything was as it should be. I noticed what appears to be a small factory defect in part of the plastic. Please see photo 5 showing this. The plastic is just rough in that area and not smooth. I also did plug in it for a few moments to ensure it worked. It did heat up and the light came on as you can see in photo 9 indicating the unit is on. Please see all photos!
