Night Moves Teal Strapless Prom Dress

I love this dress and I'm having a tough time parting with it! The tag says size 6 but it fits like a 4. Strapless with beaded bust, pleated midriff, and accordion pleated skirt. Very slight train in back with small (eraser sized) rust stain from storage.
