Niki Lavis Evening wear

Dressy blue skirt and fitted top with shoulder shawl to match. Top has spaghetti stras,side zipper and unique cut in back with decorative buttons. Back of skirt has a beautiful pleat added to make it have a nice full flow. Like new never worn no tags.
