Blue and White Striped Layered Dress by No Added Sugar. Tank Top Dress with A tired Bustle Skirt. The weight of the layered fabric holds the layers in place. The tieres flounce from the sides to the back of the dress and create a lovely flapper effect. The materials edges are left raw so they will roll beautifully with wash and wear. Size: 9-10 YRS Material: 95%Cotton/5%Elastane Condition: Gently pre owned. No obvious flaws noted. Seams and elastic are all in good shape.
