Norge Norwegian 830S Silver Salt Cellar Viking Ship Blue Glass Insert

I don’t know too much about this piece, it is a silver Viking ship salt cellar, with a blue glass insert, detailed Viking ship, design, marked inside NORGE, and a few other words I can make out Oslo, and a marking of 830S on the side.
