Old Navy yellow striped skirt size 4

The tag on this skirt says it’s from 2006 and it is in good shape for its age! There are white, green and pink stripes- so Easter-ish to me! The hem and top are raw so there are threads and such to trim constantly. There is a side zipper and clasp and two ties you could use to cinch it further. The ties could use a good iron. The skirt itself could also use some ironing- I think it’s little wrinkles all over and not pulling but check out the up close picture. It hit me just below the knee and I’m 5’4”. And it is lined!
