CHEER UP! Original lithograph are by Lilian Cheviot (c. 1876 - 1936) an English painter who flourished from 1894 to 1924. Condition is excellent. These beautifully artisan framed pieces have hand-painted mats. Dog depicted in the Victorian era. Printed in Vienna. Measures approximately: Frame 13 1/4” x 12 1/2” — Matted Print 6 1/2” x 5 1/2”.
