Over-the-knee Boots w/Heels

Cute boots w/heels from CHARLOTTE RUSSE (size 8) These boots are tall-> they go up past my knees. (I'm short.. just 5'2). These boots are in real good condition overall. Only worn outside twice. *There are 2 scuffs/marks from being stored. One mark on each shoe. Those 2 imperfections are shown in the pics. Please view for reference. Besides those 2 marks- these boots look brand new still! High quality Super cute w/leggings or dress!~!
