PAIGE Black & White Floral Ruffle Sleeveless Mini Dress, size XS

I love this classic dress from PAIGE. In a black and white floral print, it features a V-neck with ruffle accent, a ruffle skirt, and a tie at the waist. Fully lined. Size XS. In good preowned condition. The only flaw is one of the belt loops has come detached (shown in the last picture), but the tie can still be worn the same.
