are the soles worn enough that if it were raining, snow etc. they would have leakage?

@sallyschaefer nope! The insides are actually in very good condition it's just the bottom the shoe that was in contact with the pavement that has some discoloration from wear, but it is not thinned out at any point. I got these from an estate sale from a woman who had a lot of heels so I don't think they were worn very often.
