Girls black velvet and black and soft cream plaid formal dress with bow accent by Perfectly Dressed. Puffy skirt. Perfect for Holidays. Size 2t. I found 2 minor snags on skirt (last picture shows larger one- this one is in front in folds of the skirt, second one is on back and very small). Velvet is rich and beautiful. Overall very good condition.
