Patriotic Folk Art Santa, Father Christmas OOAk

This is a stunning hand made Santa by Kathy's Kin-folk from 1990 He is made from what I believe is Hand painted muslin that has been stuffed and it is mounted on a piece of wood which is signed on the bottom. He has a sculpted resin face. He measures approx. 18" to the tip of his hat. Overall he is in wonderful condition; he is showing some wear to the top of his hat. I believe this is from people picking him up by it. This is truly a work of art. His coat is a very dark blue with gold stars and trimmed with a cottony material. The bottom portion of his clothing is painted with red and white stripes. He is carrying a burlap satchel and pussy willows in one arm and faux evergreen that has 3 sprigs with a star attached on each end. He also is carrying a red metal french horn. The details on this Santa are amazing and he would make a wonderful addition to a Santa collection/display or patriotic display.
