Platinum and Diamond Pendant Necklace

Item: Platinum and Diamond Pendant Necklace.- This pendant necklace is handmade in platinum, the pendant stamped “Pt900” and necklace stamped “Pt850”. It consists of two parts together, a diamond pendant and a chain. The rectangular “frame” style pendant consists of an outer row of full round brilliant cut diamonds separated by a rectangular bar that frames an inner cluster of full round brilliant cut diamonds and has a diamond accented articulating bail. The 24 diamonds in the outer row are in shared prongs and measure approximately 2.12 millimeters each. The 18 diamonds in the inner cluster are in shared prongs and range in size from 1.50 to 2.60 millimeters each. The bail holds 3 full round brilliant cut diamonds ranging in size from approximately 2.07 to 2.85 millimeters each in shared prongs. The diamond weight is approximately 1.78 carats total combined weight. The color is “G-H” and clarity is “VS1-2”. The attached box chain measures approximately 18 inches in length, is 0.77 millimeters wide, and has a “spring-ring” clasp. Diamond weight is estimated by formula from measurements. Diamonds are graded under the limitations imposed by a mounting. This pendant necklace weighs 8.1 grams and is in very good condition.
