Polo Ralph Lauren Floral Ruffle Smocked Blouse. The floral print is composed of colorful wildflowers. Features a jewel neckline, short puffy sleeves, front button & loop closure, & both neck & waist smocking which create a flattering fit & flare shape. Care tags were removed for comfort but it is 100% viscose. In very good preloved with minimal normal wear. Size 8 but runs small in my opinion.
