Polo by Ralph Lauren Men's Blazer / Suit Jacket Double Breasted - 2 Buttons Made by Hand Size Tag Worn Size 42 (Based off Measurements, please decide for yourself) Measurements Laying Flat: Chest: 23" Waist: 21" Shoulder Width: 20" Jacket Length: 30" (Including Collar) Sleeve Length: 24" (Shoulder Seam to End of Sleeve) Sleeve Width: 6.25" The tag is too worn to read so I determined the size from the measurements, apparently it's the chest size minus 4 inches. Measure a similar item that you already own and love and compare to my measurements for the best fit. I believe it is made of wool. Theres tiny little pin holes on the inside from the dry cleaner attaching a tag. The white shirt is not included. Please refer to photos as they are part of the description.
