poshaholic2316 @cheddylux hi there I was recently accepted into this program. I made a sale the other day on an LV Saint Germain. Once I shipped it out and the buyer seen it was not going to Poshmark authentication she started questioning the authenticity of the bag. ( I know it’s authentic for sure) do you know how Poshmark could help me in this situation when the buyer receives the bag? I don’t want false accusations from the buyer and them opening a case on a bag that’s definitely 110% authentic

cheddylux @djrome96 so you got an email from posh that you are a verified reseller? If the buyer is in question of the item you sold, they might wanna take a look & review your listing. If it’s in question, Posh might ask the buyer to ship it to poshmarkHQ for verification. Make a listing just like this & tag your buyer for her peace of mind that might help.
