Pull Up Band M weight CrossFit Latex Rubber High Quality Pull-Up Band

This came in a set but I have given the other one away. This was the medium one works great. I just can’t use it anymore. I’m too weak lol very good quality- bought at World CrossFit Games. You sling it over a bar loop it through and then you can get on a box and stand to assist your pull up until you can do them on your own.
