Vintage Pyrex 1 1/2 quart cookware glass pan.
Bottom of pan stamped Pyrex 6283 L.
Stainless band stamped 6283. Some wear on band and loop at end of handle.
This pan is likely half of a double boiler.
In great vintage condition. Some scuff and scrapes. No chips or cracks.
Made in the USA.

Is this piece the top pot or the bottom pot?

@mrsnorajohn I believe this is the bottom (or lower), based on the L stamp on the piece. I have seen whole sets described as consisting of 6283 U-L-C. Hope this helps. Thank you.
