This RARE Vintage Feltman Brothers baby boy's romper is PRECIOUS and SPECIAL! The sweet blue bubble has unique details which haven't been seen in decades. The sweet dainty Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a delicate white scalloped embroidery. Clusters of three white embroidered dots accent each side of the collar. Just below the center of the neckline is a single inverted pleat with three blue and white hand-embroidered duckies. On each side of the pleat are 7 vertical rows of pin tucks. On each side of the waist are gathers that fall into soft pleats down the romper. A matching belt attaches on each side with a button tag. Such a CLASSY design. The leg openings have elastic.
