It has a fully smocked bodice. The upper bodice has a lattice design done in a contrasting blue and white embroidery. Each intersection of the lattice work has white floral detail (a very unique and rare, limited edition embroidery style).The Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a sweet cotton embroidered lace.
