rlbuchanan @etteloc I didn’t say “assume”, and not sure that the word progress is relevant, but no loss-I’m fine. Incidentally, when you make such a lowball offer, it makes YOU look like the one assuming. Assuming I need the sale, assuming I’ll take it, and/or assuming I won’t consider such a lowball offer offensive. Not to mention assuming I’ll send a counter.
