RICHARD NiColl Navy Wool Miniskirt with Ribbons

Navy and black wool miniskirt by Richard NiColl. Ribbon at waist ties in a bow in front, and wider, black ribbon detailing is at bottom hem. Leather trimmed faux-pockets at back. One flaw: small hole in putter layer of wool at bottom of zipper in back, however the zipper material is underneath so this could even be worn as is Approx 27" waist, 33" hip. Size US 8 according to tag, measurements indicate more like 4 fit.
