I would say best for 2/4, my mannequin is a 6 and I really had to squeeze this on her, it did not fit great. Cassidy is the style. Black, ribbed, maxi length, halter and gold clasp in back, rear zip, long side slit, 100% polyester, hand wash. NWT new with tags. Hard to measure length with the halter and no shoulder center bust to hem apx 54 inches Bust -apx 28-32 inches Waist -apx 24- 26 1/2- 27 inches, doesn't have real stretch and zips in back but there is a little give still Thanks for looking!
