Ralph Lauren Vintage Paisley Multicolor Pleated Midi Skirt

100% rayon Midi length Hook and side button closure Size 8 Waist: 13" laying flat Length: 34" This skirt appears to be altered in some type of way but I'm not sure if the waist has been altered or not. The pocket fabric is semi undone and there is excess fabric on the waist that is tucked in the front when the button and hook is fastened. Please check measurements prior to purchasing to be sure of fit. Like mentioned above, this may have been altered. There are no visible stains, holes or tears. The pocket is not really funtional as the fabric has been undone at the top portion but it is hidden once the waist is buttoned. The pocket could likely be restitched to be functional again.
