From late 60-70 ,Rare piece made for white stag international in Japan.no care tag but the material is waterproof and you can use for rainy days.will fit size small.some spots inside down the colar not so visible outside.i didn't try to get them out yet.super cool piece and I don't mind to keep for myself so price is firm💛
