Rare Licensed Build-a-Bear 2005 Fabric Panel

Rare Build-a-Bear licensed fabric panel from 2005, by Spring Industries. Feels like 100% cotton, but no content is indicated. It was cut irregularly very close to the top words, as seen in the two top photos, so depending on the project, it would possibly be difficult to get a good 1/4" seam allowance above the words. There is a lot of room on the bottom edge between the images and the lower fabric edge. The hearts measure approx. 11.5" x 12". The fabric measures approx. 42.5" from selvage edge to selvage edge x 33" to 34" depending where you measure on the fabric. Colors are great. No flaws. The images would be cute for an applique project or a whole cloth baby quilt.
