Rare Lou Rankin Signed Original Concrete Sculpture Sea Otter Golf Balls 1993

This is a rare concrete sculpture by Lou Rankin, signed and dated on bottom. Is made out of concrete, metal wire (whiskers) and golf balls, eyes made out of glass. See pictures for details. Good condition, does have some minor wear and age, Minor discoloration on golf balls. See pictures.
