Rare Vintage Italian Mottahedeh Wooden Postage Stamp Box

This beautiful stamp box measures 6.5 in long, 5 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The insert is 1 inch deep. The lid is also 2 inches deep, so the total height of the box is just over 4 inches tall. It was made in Italy. This box does have a two small chips in the paint (see last two pictures).
