Roundtree & Yorke Plaid s/s button down shirt

Roundtree & Yorke was first introduced in 1987. A staple ‘Dad shirt’ throughout the Southeast quarter of the US, and most recognized in a Sears family portrait, hanging in your hallway, and it was usually worn by whichever fatherly figure was in charge in the mid/late 90s. (This could be your dad, maybe your grandpa, heck, it could have you! I don’t know who’s reading this so I’m trying to cover the full scope.) This was a hand me down from my pops, and I think I got it early 2000s. He was a little thicker then me so I haven’t worn it much. I kept this one longer because I liked the colors used in the plaid. I don’t usually see green and yellow mixed well with the more common red, white, and blue plaid, but this s/s button down pulls it off. It gives it a lighter Spring/Summer look. It’s always a classy move to match the design in the material when adding a classic front pocket to an item. Material is 100% cotton. It’s a med weight and holds it shape nicely. Size is a US Mens Large. This is a generous large.
