Ruby Rox Strapless Black Cocktail Dress

Black, strapless, body con dress. Front of top is embellished with mini black sequins and body of dress has diagonal folded pleats to look like ruching. Material has 5% spandex and provides plenty of stretch. Laying flat chest measures approximately 13.5” with a 11.5” waist. Length of dress from top of chest to hem is 26”. Great condition!
