hi what does the waist measure and does it have a good stretch to it? I'm a 33 inch waist but my butt and legs are thin :/ I hate anything too tight on my waist

@offrw my waist is 29 inches and they fit nice and the leggings not stretched is 11.5 inches which is 23 inches they stretch up to 17.5 inches. They are more compression then stretch on the waistband type
