Purchased in Glasgow, Scotland, this beautiful watercolor is titled on the back: Over the Moor to Rogie Falls Strathpeffer. By Mrs. Hope of Cowden Knowes. There is more writing in a different hand, but I can't decipher what it says. The frame is original and needs some repair work. Frame measures 18" x 14.25". Visible image measures 13.25" x 9.5".
