stylemesilly @mnmenke Yes, the waist measurement is where the top of the zipper is at the back. The waistline starts about 15.5” below the top of the shoulder (laying flat).

stylemesilly @mnmenke The dress is a bit big for the dress form shown in the picture so the back waist would normally be straight across.

stylemesilly @mnmenke The hip measurement across the skirt is approximately 19” laying flat. And the hemline is about 20.5” across laying flat.
