@klbudlong no, not stretchy. Has the ‘empire’ line yoke then is blousy underneath. I put the measurements tape at the underarm which would be the tightest part. It’s otherwise more spacious

@klbudlong i added a couple more pics to try & explain. The tightest bit is the chest/ under the arm. I had to convince myself i just couldn’t wear this top any more b/c it’s just too small (I’m also not an XXS by any means but loved it) I measured myself at cheat and I’m 37”- I have quite a broad back so if you’re smaller you should be fine. As a guide I’m a b-c cup so you can get an idea of bust as the top blouses out. Hope this helps!!
