Using a cloth measure tape, can you measure the circumference of the inside sweat band to the nearest 1/8 inch? Not across, for the width and length of the opening.

It looks like it measures appox. 23".
I outlined the opening with tape and then measured the length of the tape
Unfortunately I don't have a cloth tape

any way you could photo it outdoors, the color looks black. I know how the felt color can distort in pics indoors.
