Scoop Neck Short Sleeve Decorative Top

This item is a great decorative top. It has a scoop neck and sheer short sleeves. This top is missing it’s tags but it will be a great addition to your your wardrobe. It is made out of velvet material with embroidered items. The size is missing but the measurements are 18” L x 17” W (pit to pit). This top has been gently worn but it is in very good condition.
