Waist is 16 in. flat lay, BEFORE the stretch (can be bigger when stretched) and can be smaller when adjusted with the side velcro straps! :) I won't do the full length because the shoulder straps have lots of adjustment allowance (longer and shorter) but the inseam of the pants part is 30.5 inches from the crotch to the hem.
