Set of 4 Vintage Vinyl Placemats 1994 Postage Stamps Worth Saving Foam Back MCM

• Set of 4 vintage vinyl placemats • These appear to have been put out by the Post Office in 1994 • The back of these are foam and the foam is somewhat deteriorating. It is mostly fine on all of them but one shows missing spots. The others look fine but I want to mention they are shedding. I don't know how to put it, it is like a little foam dusting is left behind when you pick them up. The fronts are in very nice condition and are usable, I do not know if the foam could be removed if these were just for collection or if it would matter if used. Just wanted to mention.
