eswille1420 Beautiful skirt! I'm curious about the width measurement; where on the skirt are you taking that (flat) measurement?

jennyphofenny @eswille1420 I take it at the very top of the skirt, so closed and laying flat it measures 15 across. In the back it has a little bit of gathering/elastic so it can stretch more.
