Short multicolored tweed MODA international jacket

This cute multicolored tweed jacket buttons from the inside. It has belt loops hanging off of it. 100% Acrylic. Super soft I couldn’t find any itchy spots the liner goes all the way down the sleeves. Made in the USA. DRY CLEAN ONLY. My friend who gave it to my daughter only wears her cloths once or not at all. I am guessing not at all, but no tags on this.
