This listing is for authentic Shuron Shurset Rimway Ful-Vue 1/10 12k Gold Fill Vintage Semi Rimless Cable Temple Eyeglasses w/ Case ULTRA RARE. Current lens are unknown Rx prescription and will need to be replaced with lens of your choice (FRAME ONLY). Eyeglasses frame is in great pre-owned condition, (see photos). Size: 44-20-107. These classic gold wire rim vintage eyeglasses are in great condition and ready for prescription lenses or sunglasses. The bridge is marked ''SHURON 1/10 12K GF'', the frame is stamped ''SHURSET FUL-VUE RIMWAY D 44 LONG'' and the arms read ''1/10 12K GF''. The markings mean the frame is 12 karat gold-filled. The frame is engraved with an alternating trapezoid pattern and the arms have an alternating trapezoid pattern. This is a nice Rimway frame from Shuron Optical, probably from the early to middle 1950s and in nice shape. This was an innovative design at the time, the single bar across the bridge. You can tell it's an earlier one because there are two parallel lines on the top edge of the bridge bar, a nice design element that also offers added strength. It's a classic, very smooth and simple.
