Silk Wrap Dress Gianni Bini striped ruffle

The most adorable dress, perfect for all seasons! Beautiful satin fabric with fun merigold yellow and white stripe. Flirty ruffles adorn the hemlines and attached wrap ribbons. One of the ribbon strings is dirty, looks like it got stuck under the rack wheel. Probably can be laundered out but barely noticeable. Cute and classy! Needs someone to flaunt it.
