Size 14W Rena Rowan skirt with lace underlay Skirt is rayon and wool and is dry clean only The lining is smooth until it transitions to lace at the last 9” or so. The lace is slightly stretchy and peaks out under the skirt by an inch or so, and also shows under the slit at the side front Waist band is smooth in front, secures with 2 overlapping buttons and side zipper. There’s small sections of elastic in the back on the sides Waist 16” across, stretches easy to 17” and perhaps 18” Length 25” to lace. Hits just below knee My notes - RL under 1 lb in padded envelope
