Small/Medium Navy Pleated Skirt with Elastic Waist

Small/Medium Navy Pleated Skirt with Elastic Waist Used in good condition. Pretty features - Rich Navy - it's maybe lighter than navy - I would call it officer blue - Elastic waistband - Plisse Pleats - Midi length with good width at bottom for a nice flowy A-line type look with some fullness - Nice stretchy smooth fabric. This has been in storage and I have washed twice but it does smell a bit musty still. I would say this is vintage - probably from 80s or 90s. I have 2 small split skirts like this - Navy and Black. See pic of both at end. This listing is for one skirt, but ask me about bundle deals. Size and fabric tags missing and/or unreadable. Listed as small/medium based on measurements. I can see part of tag on the black skirt says machine wash. Across waist 12”, stretches easy to 14”+ Length 27” My notes - GK (ABBA) - under 1 lb in padded envelope
