Soft Surroundings Ornate Tunic

This beautifully designed tunic has so much detail! This oversized shirt has trumpet sleeves which are adorned with fringe, lace and tassels. The lined shirt also has 5 buttons below the V neck collar. The same embellishments are on the bottom of the shirt as appears on the sleeves. The 28” length is cute to wear over leggings and boots.
